FL Fluid Bed Granulator
1. Structure introduction
The machine is widely used for the operations of mixing, granulating and drying of granules and powders materials in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. For example, granules for tablet, granules for quick-resolving drinking, and condiment.
2. Features of the equipment:
2.1 Control system is PLC & Touch screen type, operation is convenient and stable. There is strict interlock function, so there will be no incorrect operation. There are temperature and pressure measure and display devices, inlet air temperature is controlled by PID control technology.
2.2 Application range is wide, it can dry different materials, and it can ensure the definite fluidized height so that the load of bag dust collector is reduced. The bag dust collector can remove dust continuously when the granulator dryer is working. We can set dust remove time and interval time, so the dust removing efficiency and fluidized efficiency is good. The bag is static-free type, the static electricity appears during the granulating and drying process can be eliminated, so the material is not to stick on the bag. There is differential pressure display device for the bag, so we can clean or replace the bag in time.
2.3 Air volume of the drying system is controlled by exhaust fan, and the exhaust fan is controlled by inverter. So it is convenient to adjust the air volume for different materials.
2.4 The equipment is round sealed structure, there is no dead angle. So it is convenient to clean the machine and there is no cross contamination. It meets the requirements of GMP.
2.5 The air distributing plate is special designed, air is well-distributed, material fluidized efficiency is good. Mesh plate is quick-install type, it is convenient to clean and maintain.
2.6 Adopts air cylinder type sealing and air bag sealing structure, seal is stable and operation is easy.
2.8 Mixing, granulating and drying can be finished in one step.
2.9 If there is organic solvent used in the granulating or drying process, explosion-proof system will be designed for the machine.
3. Structure introduction
The machine consists of filter, heater, fluid bed, fluidized chamber, dust remove chamber, exhaust air pipe, exhaust fan, silencer and control cabinet.
3.1 Main machine: Main machine consists of inlet air chamber, fluid bed, fluidized chamber (including vacuum feed port), dust remove chamber. There are differential pressure devices for trolley and dust remove chamber.
3.2 Filter: Filter includes primary, middle and high efficient filter. Inlet air is 100000 degree purification.
3.3 Heater is electricity or steam, material is stainless steel & aluminium fins.
3.4 Air exhaust system: It consists of exhaust air pipe, exhaust fan and silencer. Exhaust fan and main machine are installed separately. Noise≤75dB. Air volume is regulated by inverter.
3.5 Control system is made up of touch screen, PLC, inverter and temperature controller. It adopts PID technology to control the inlet air temperature exactly. Measure and display outlet air temperature all the time so that we can control the drying process effectively.
